Yes. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment for a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available — however the 30-Day Play Guarantee still applies.
Simple. Play in your ProX1™. If you don’t love your on-court performance or the protection, return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Your decision is final — we’ll honor it completely.
A few things to know: The guarantee covers performance and protection. Most players adapt within a few sessions — this guarantee gives you that time. ProX1™ must be returned in its custom case and original packaging. Include your name, email address, and order number inside the package. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
