What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Failure of components under intended use
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid exposure, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
How to Make a Claim
If you experience an issue, we’ll make it right. Please submit a warranty claim to:
Include the following in your message:
  • Your name and email
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or short video showing the problem
What Happens Next
  • Our support team will review your claim
  • If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost
  • You’ll receive instructions via email for next steps
